Team SPRAWL's grapplers graced last weekend's Philippine Novice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu No Gi Championships at SM Manila and at day's end took home 2 gold medals, 3 silvers, and 2 bronzes making apparent once again how hard work and rock solid dedication pays off .
Arjeg Gutierrez led the team's campaign that day by bagging the gold medal for the super pesado division and the silver medal for the absolute division, Joshua Abella added another gold medal from the medio division and a bronze from the absolute division, Chryso Morales took home the silver medal in the super pesado division, Max Domingo secured another silver in the Pena division, and Pinggoy Danguilan got a bronze in the pluma division. The successful day was of course capped off by the very worthy and kickass efforts of Justin Danguilan, Cesar Baluyot, and Mauro Dahl.
Also, guiding the fighters in every match from start to finish was none other than the great Gilbert Ombao! Hehe extra special thanks to you berto!
