Taekwondo has many different types of jumping kicks. Begin by jumping in place. Gradually increase the height of your jumps. Next, jump and tuck your legs at the same time. Finally, try jumping and spinning at the same time.
There are 3 basic fundamentals that are easily overlooked when attempting to either complete a break successfully or hit a kicking target in class. You must always concentrate and focus on the center of the board or target. You need acquire the target/board with your eyes and follow all the way through the target with the technique. Perseverance is the third tenet of Taekwondo.
